Basic principles of personal data processing and their compliance by the Administrator

 

When processing personal data, Korbička jewelry s.r.o., hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, proceeds in accordance with basic principles

So the administrator:

and.processes personal data in relation to data subjects correctly, legally and transparently
b.collects personal data only for specific, explicitly expressed and legitimate purposes and does not further process them in a way that is incompatible with these purposes (further processing for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes)
C.processes only such personal data as are adequate, relevant and limited to the necessary scope in relation to the purpose for which they are processed; processes only such personal data that is accurate and, if necessary, updated; To this end, the Administrator shall take all reasonable measures so that personal data that are inaccurate, taking into account the purposes for which they are processed, are promptly deleted or corrected; electricity stores personal data in a form that enables the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed; processes personal data in a way that ensures proper security of personal data, including their protection by means of appropriate technical or organizational measures against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. The administrator is responsible for compliance with all the above principles and, in accordance with the regulation, must be able to demonstrate compliance with these principles.

 

Processing purposes:

  • to the extent stated on the contract/complaint protocol

  • transaction history, or the results of the complaint procedure

  • business communication and other data that you knowingly and voluntarily provide as part of the fulfillment of individual orders (e.g. data on family members or close people)

  • receiving and processing customer orders and customer invoicing

  • business communication

  • fulfillment of all rights and obligations arising from the contract concluded between the Administrator and you

  • processing of claims

  • protection of the Administrator's rights (e.g. recovery of amounts owed)

  • bookkeeping

  • direct marketing, including basic profiling and sending commercial communications (e.g. sending news, discount offers or invitations to marketing events) by electronic means (e.g. e-mail, SMS), if you do not reject this method of marketing communication in advance
