Delivery time

I make all jewelry by hand to order.
The delivery time is usually three weeks, but it depends on the quantity and complexity of the orders received.
By purchasing any product from the e-shop (Fler), I reserve the right to change the delivery time of this product.

Payment Terms

When making jewelry to order, I require payment of a deposit of 80% of the total amount of the jewelry. For jewelry manufactured according to the customer's wishes, we negotiate payments individually, taking into account the material used, the type of stone and the difficulty of production. Shipping is FREE on these orders.

Warranty period

I provide a two-year warranty on all jewelry.
The warranty period begins on the day the jewelry is received.
During the warranty period, I am responsible for defects that are not caused by improper handling of the jewelry.
If, despite careful production and rigorous final inspection, the piece of jewelry has a defect during this time, you are entitled to have it removed free of charge. The time required for the repair is not included in the warranty period and lasts according to the difficulty of the repair.

Report a detected defect without undue delay using the form or to an email address.

Money back guarantee

I think that the quality of the jewelry from my workshop will exceed your expectations, but at the same time I am aware that you cannot try on the selected jewelry and see it in reality. For this reason, I follow the policy of money back guarantee. With this service, I want to increase your confidence in online shopping. If, immediately after receiving the shipment, you find that the jewelry does not suit you for any reason, you can return it without giving a reason and the money will be returned in full within 14 days.

Refund Terms

The piece of jewelery must be completely intact, well packed and able to be resold.
Attach a copy of the proof of payment to the returned jewelry.
Send the jewelry in a regular package. Cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Send the jewelry back within 3 days of receipt.
The money-back guarantee does not apply to goods that have been modified at the customer's request, according to Civil Code No. 40/64 § 53 paragraph 8. When returning goods, the production costs of the jewelry will be charged.
